Big Sky Real Estate Market Summary
Two sides to every story, right? I maintain a position that there could be limitless sides to each story and the only limitations are determined by how deep one is willing to dig for answers. It pays to take each side with a grain of salt until you have had a chance to cross reference a couple of the sources. I feel it is always good to attempt to see things form every possible angle, as it adds to my overall depth perception of any subject. It adds a certain dimension I need and it is only after combining several sources do I even feel comfortable forming an opinion. From there, if I were to investigate additional sources I may soon feel comfortable standing tall next to my opinion and who knows, maybe even backing it up in casual conversation. Ultimately, if I am willing to get a bit fanatical, I could even take it so far as to research and exhaust several sources on the topic daily to eventually become the most sought out expert. My point is that through research and understanding, I am able to go from knowing a partial side of a story to becoming an expert on any subject and do so at my leisure… that's empowering. So, as I begin my first blog session, my challenge to you, reader: take everything you read with a grain of salt or better yet, go find other sides to the story. A net result may be that we do not go on to become the foremost sought out experts for Montana Real Estate, although I would bet that we could have an intelligent conversation about it at sometime… and that is what it's really all about.

As money is being funneled away from the stock market by retiring baby boomers and the like, it will eventually need to find another home - A better home. Yes people have, people are and people will continue to fall in love with real estate over and over again. Why? Because it may be leveraged, it can be insured and it can be used to make memories! - It's a no brainer.
